2010 3D Archery Tournament
3D Shoot a Big Success!
We had another great shoot. A big thanks to the Leasburg Dam State Parks for all their help and especially all the parent and club volunteers for another job well done.
The shoot started out with wonderful weather on Saturday morning. We had a few more shooters than last year with a little over 180. Everyone stayed most of the day and enjoyed the novelty shoots as well as the burgers and dogs. Sunday was a little different story. As usual the wind picked up and made shooting conditions a little tricky especially the novelty shoots. Nevertheless the winners in the long distance and spinning javelina were from Sunday in the wind. Great shooting! The shoot went as well as we could have hoped and the much needed proceeds will be used to introduce many more youngsters to the outdoors and shooting sports. Thank you to everyone who participated in this years event. Below is the results from the shoot.
