Another Great Shoot!

The 2008 Leasburg Dam State Challenge was a great success for the club. We had 140 shooters and some of the best competition we have seen yet. The novelty shoots were a big hit again and the competition was tight. In all three, we had to have a shoot off to determine who would even make it to the final round and in the long distance shoot we had our first ever 0". Robert Hernandez made the tough shot with a perfect bullseye. Great job to all the competitors and a big "Thank You" for your participation in this years fundraiser.

The money generated from this event will help us with our training programs as well as give many young people the opportunity to learn about and enjoy camping, fishing, and hunting. Thanks again for all your help.

We would especially like to thank all the state park personnel, club members and parents who worked so hard to put on this event. We hope to see you all again next year.
